PMHNPs
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners are advanced practice registered nurses who specialize in mental health. They provide psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
They are licensed to prescribe medications and provide therapy for mental health conditions.
Note: In Arkansas, nurse practitioners are not permitted to initiate stimulants for ADHD. That requires a medical doctor (MD). They can, however, prescribe non-stimulant medications. We are happy to provide you with a referral to an MD if you meet diagnostic criteria for ADHD.

As a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, I diagnose mental health conditions and prescribe medication accordingly. I am here to listen and help you resolve the issues that are bothering you. I enjoy getting to know my patients and helping them understand their diagnosis and how medication will help them.
Getting help can be scary, but I'm here to make that process easy and less daunting. People of all backgrounds are provided with unconditional support and respect. LGBTQ+ welcome! History of addiction or incarceration? No problem! I am most experienced at treating anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and schizoaffective disorder. I prefer to treat adults.

I am a board-certified PMHNP dedicated to helping you achieve not just mental wellness but overall well-being. My approach combines evidence-based psychiatric care with attention to physical health, lifestyle choices, and emotional resilience. I believe mental health is deeply interconnected with the body, and treatment should reflect the whole person.
My healthcare journey started over 15 years ago as an in-home health aide, army medic, nurse, and ultimately a psychiatric nurse practitioner. I have treated patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings, specializing in working with veterans and individuals facing trauma, anxiety, depression, and burnout.
If you're seeking someone with both clinical expertise and genuine care—especially if you're a veteran or have struggled to find the right fit—feel free to contact me. I aim to make every patient feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout their mental health journey. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you.
