With warmth and empathy, I am committed to guiding my clients through life's chaos by utilizing evidence-based models, tailoring my approach to meet your needs. My practice is rooted in the belief that there is power in telling our stories; that each person possesses the capacity for growth- through emotional expression (including humor), sharing your experiences, and acquiring practical tools. I am a certified trauma provider & sex therapy-informed professional.
I specialize in depression, anxiety, personality disorders, anger management, and sex- whether that's navigating intimacy, exploring sexual preferences, or working through sexual expression and identity. As someone who experiences life day-to-day with a chronic illness, I also have a passion for those overcoming similar challenges in their own journey.
I am inclusive and welcoming to all individuals from diverse backgrounds and personal identities. I strive to create a safe space where you'll feel heard, respected, and empowered to be yourself and explore what leads you to a sense of restoration and peace. Many of my clients have felt overwhelmed, burnt out, or disconnected from themselves. They may be navigating trauma, anxiety, ADHD or autism-related challenges, relationship stress, identity shifts, or emotional reactivity that feels hard to control. They want clarity, relief, emotional stability, healthier relationships, and a therapist who truly “gets” them. Most of all, they want to feel understood, supported, and capable of creating real change in their lives.
I use a warm, practical, and trauma-informed approach that blends CBT, somatic work, nervous system education, and neurodivergent-affirming care. I help clients understand their patterns, regulate emotions, build coping skills, and heal core wounds so they can feel grounded, confident, and more connected to themselves and others.

Welcome! I'm glad to see that you're taking steps to prioritize your mental health. Making changes in life can be daunting, and I understand how overwhelming it can feel. That's why in my counseling practice, I focus on helping individuals navigate everyday stress, major life transitions, or unresolved trauma. I firmly believe in the innate healing capacity of every individual, provided they have the right environment and tools. My aim is to create a collaborative, non-judgmental, and supportive environment where you can embrace your ability to heal, feel empowered to make positive changes, and move closer to your best self.
Having worked with clients facing a variety of challenges, I recognize that everyone's journey to healing is unique. This is why I tailor my approach to specifically address each person’s set of experiences, needs, and goals. Some of my modalities include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strengths-Based and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing).
